Top 10 Personhood Accomplishments in 2013

enhanced-buzz-27586-1388079053-12Personhood USA has put together their list of the top personhood milestones of the year, and Alabama made the list as accomplishment number 6.

From the Personhood USA website:

The Alabama Supreme Court ruled that a chemical endangerment statute must protect children who have not been born yet. The strongly worded ruling is the most important affirmation of the personhood of the pre-born child since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.

The court said in their ruling: “The decision of this Court today is in keeping with the widespread legal recognition that unborn children are persons with rights that should be protected by law.”
